We are installing up to 20 mini-pitches in communities throughout B.C. to create low barrier soccer infrastructure.
The Whitecaps and project partners will work with each community to build and deliver a tailored grassroots soccer program.
We will train the next generation of soccer leaders and coaches who will help delivery programming at each mini-pitch.
The FIFA World Cup 2026™ is our moment to expand soccer's reach and impact. We are creating our legacy by building mini-pitches, creating opportunities for young players to spark their passion and training leaders to inspire the next generation of soccer players.
Build up to 20 mini-pitches
Mini-pitches will be spread throughout the province with a minimum of 2 in each economic region.
Reach 10,000+ youth annually
We expect 500+ youth to participate in casual and organized play at each mini-pitch site each year.

Distribute $1M in grants
